what is the AAA discount for passes?

We were thinking of getting AAA for the auto service (we have no roadside assistance on our insurance) And it got me thinking of the AAA discounted park hoppers.

What kind of passes can you get and what are the discounts???

I'm at work right now and can't remember the actual cost of tickets, but I always get mine from AAA. I have done a bunch of looking around and the AAA tickets are always the cheapest of anywhere.

If I remember right, you can get 4-7 day park hoppers and park hopper plusses only. You can check their website. Barrie

Our local AAA office only sells 5-day (currently $230 adult/$184 child w/tax) and 6-day plus hoppers. Their prices are better than any of the other places that I've found for those. Other AAA offices may have different stock and pricing, so it's probably a good idea to check with your local office. They probably have a website....do a search.

The cost of the passes depend on the AAA. Each AAA sells the tickets for a different price. The AAA by us sells 4-day hoppers for $210.55 but the AAA 1/2 hour from here sells them for a different price.

Your best option is to check w/ your local office for prices.

AAA is also great for room discounts at hotels. Usually you can get some kind of discount from AAA even if no other discounts are available.

Yeah, I was thinking of finding an onsite value for the night before we check into OKW. I thought the kids would really love to try one of the values. The atmosphere looks fun. And I wouldn't mind an "extra" day at Disney!!

If I can get a value resort in $55 range, that would be awesome! Maybe a code or AAA will come through for us.

We have gotten our park tickets from AAA for years now. I have found no where any cheaper. It is very true that is vaies by state and I am one of the lucky ones who can buy in North Carolina.. generally one of the lowest.

Even if I don't use my AAA membership for anything else, the discount on the tickets alone cover the fee.

Can you get a AAA discount on the passes if you wait and buy them at your resort? Or only from buying them directly from your AAA office?

You have to buy the tickets at AAA or from aaa.com to get the discount- Disney won't let them be a "show your card and save".
