What is stocked in the full kitchen?

The kitchen use/meals thread got me thinking. I know cookware, plates, silverware, etc, but are there any staples like salt and pepper provided when staying in a 1 bedroom or bigger? When planning a grocery list, I'm trying to figure out what all I need to account for and if it's worth it since we're flying in.

Nope.

There will also be paper towels, liquid soap, detergent for the automatic dishwasher, one (maybe two) packs of pre-filtered coffee, and one single use packet of laundry detergent.

I take it that there is no keurig coffee machine there. BTW, if we had a car, where is a good place to get the staples and food? Thanks.

No Keurig. If you are driving, you could pack yours.

We have groceries delivered from Garden Grocer. Even with a car, an hour to grocery shop out of our precious vacation time is too much. And we aren't from the region, grocery store layouts vary a lot by region, so it isn't time effective. But I know there is a Wal Mart with groceries nearby.

You'll need coffee filters - Mr Coffee basket style. And anything edible. And laundry detergent (if you are going to do laundry). Cleaning supplies are provided (dishwasher detergent, paper towels, bathroom tissue), although some members bring their own Lysol, bathroom cleaner, counter spray or other cleaning products, since your room won't get cleaned during a week long stay. (We can do anything we've needed to do with dish soap).

Nope. Coffee makers in DVC Villas are usually a full sized (10-12 cup) Mr. Coffee style of brewer. Studios at BCV seem to have a 4 cup Mr. Coffee brewer and housekeeping will bring a full size (if available) if you call.

Closet will depend on where you are staying. As locals, we prefer Publix which has locations that are convenient to most Disney resorts. Other grocery stores are Winn-Dixie (now a Plenti Rewards partner), a single 24 hour Goodings (near Disney Springs, expensive), WalMart Supercenters, and Super Targets.

There are a number of grocery delivery services that serve the WDW Resorts: Garden Grocer, We Go Shop, Instacart (Whole Foods & Publix).
