. Don't worry, inspite of what is shown in the media very few of us are in the mafia, or are under 5 ft tall with big hair, and big ****s. The vast majority of us don't spend our days getting drunk at shore bars, and we hardly ever get arrested. We really are a lovely people. !

Minnie does her hair big, gets drunk and hooks up with Mickey who wears a t-shirt that he can lift up to show off his abs along with sunglasses worn at the tip of his nose indoors. All the while Bruce and Bon Jovi is playing in the backround (ok that isn't a myth, we are passionate about those singers). Jokes only a Jersey Girl can make. Of course, NO ONE, regardless of where you are from can say Joisey. Only non-Jersey people say that.

Just like we Minnesotans say "Ja, sure you betcha!"
We will be there during Jersey week! Heading to the tanning bed in September to try to compete[/QUOTE
Don't bother with the tanning beds. You can only get that orange glow from the spray tans. Watch some House Wifes of NJ, and Jersey Shore for tips on blending with the other Jersey Girls. Learn some Bruce and Bon Jovi lyrics. You'll blend nicely.
The problem is there is an attitude you can't teach. We're nice, but not all the time. My friends and I can always pick out a non-Jersey person right away. A friend from Texas was shocked that people in NJ yell at their kids. I don't understand how else people talk to their kids. Seriously, you may want to be prepared for that...

Make sure you practice your fist-pumping: with both hands AND with one hand while your other holds a red Solo cup. Don't forget to pack your Bump-It!

We were there this past Jersey Week and I really looked hard to find anyone I could ask "what exit you from?" but alas, did not see anyone who was a blatant Jersey person. .
