What is going on with online checkin?

Keep trying to checkin to both OKW as well as AOA and keep getting a message that says "Sorry We encountered an error. Please try again later." Been trying all morning. Am I doing something wrong?

I was able to cancel BLT and book BCV this morning at my 7 month mark. So on line booking was OK at 8 Am.

It's not just you. I, too, have been trying all morning. Guess I will give up until tomorrow.

Probably not. Somethings to try before giving up -

Clear your cookies and cache. Log into your DVC Member account and then log back out. Then try again.

You could also try a different browser. Sometimes IE will work if Firefox & Chrome do not and vice versa.

Otherwise, you can try again tomorrow - sometimes these things "fix" themselves

Since you are going to be there in a week, there's probably not much downside to just waiting until you get there to check in, right?

Oh, I see it's checking in that was giving problems. I signed out of MDE, then went and followed the link from MS, and that worked for me. I had lots of problems before that.

If I have problems with the website in anyway I first try another browser. That usually takes care of the problem.

Or try checking in from MDE. I did that a couple of days ago for OKW.

I have two reservations at OKW and they are linked. I thought I read the MS said not to do online check in with a linked reservation.

But I tried and got the same errror message. So I'll just wait and hope my request I make via MS will work.

I was told that it is not possible to do online check in for a linked reservation this summer.
