My DD12 asked for a DS game, a case for her cell phone, and a Wii system. The Wii will be a gift for all three of my children. They will be ESTATIC!!! Besides that I got her books, UGG boots, and some winter pjs and slippers.

My DD almost 11 asked for Wii, clothes, DS games....we're getting Wii for the family (& DH is getting me the WiiFit ), I got a couple of DS games for her; Aero & Justice clothes; taking her to the Rockette Experience and then to AGNYC Cafe for a late lunch; and she & her sister got the tickets to Cheetah Girls as an early Christmas present from us.

I got a good deal on shopbop.com. They were running a special and shipping was free. I got the Tall Tan looking Metallic ones for $126.00 they were originally $180.00. You might check there, I think they run pretty good sales periodically. Just make sure to read the return policy.

I bought my DD's Uggs at Zappos.com. Look at the kids sizes. My daughter wears a size 8 in womens Nike sneakers and a size 6 in Uggs boots(youth size). Got an email saying they were offering free next day shipping! 24 Hours later, $93 total, boots were in my hands!!!

I have a 13 yr old. She has been asking for a coach purse. I have been hesitant on principal not on cost. Now that I see others are getting them, I wonder if I should reconsider. DD is more teen then tween so it is really hard to get her stuff.

It seems like a lot (to us anyway) however I have been picking things up on sale since August this year.
The only thing she had begged for repeatedly was a cell phone. She has absolutely no need for one right now.. she probably talks on the home phone twice a month
