What is DDE Disney Dining Experience card, and how can you get one?

If you are an AP holder the Disney Dining Experience is available for $50. You get two cards for you and a family member 21 or older that entitle you to 20% discount at select WDW restaurants, ie. sit down. WE have already recouped our $50 from our quick little trip in February. It used to only be available to FL residents bout they opened it up to AP holders in January. I ordered mine the end of January and the actual card arrived today, but I used a faxed letter as proof on the February trip. HTH
