What is club level exactly?

Is it like concierge at the Disney resorts? I've checked on club level prices for HRH ($247 AAA rate) and RPH ($223 AAA rate), and they sound do-able if it includes breakfast and snacks and munchies at night.

Any thoughts on HRH and RPH and how their club level experiences compare? My kids are 3 and 7.

Club level and concierge are the same. You have a special key to get to the club level floor and all during the day you have different foods and drinks available to you as well as a lounge with a CD library where you can check out CD's for your room. The concierge is there on the floor to help you in any way they can. They also have water bottles placed out for you to get and take to the park any time you need. There's also a wide screen TV where you can watch movies. I can't tell you about RPH but this will be our third trip to HRH club level and we love it!!

We are staying at the RPR club level also in August,, I forgot all about using the AAA discount tho , am paying the full price. I wonder if it's too late to have them use it? I booked on the Universal Vacations website tho, so I may not be able to apply a discount.

Do you check in at the front desk or is there a seperate club level check in, like Disney resorts have for concierge?

Is there a seperate check in area for club level or Loews members at the HRH?

Seperate check-in at HRH and RPR only once did I see a seperate check-in at Portofino. This is for Loews First members.
