What is best room at AKL for giraffe viewing?

Hello all!
I'm new here to the boards but not to WDW!!!
I've stayed at the AKL only once and would love to go back again. So my question is:

Which Savannah room location is the best for viewing lots of giraffes?
I know that giraffes are in multiple areas but when we were there before, we could only see giraffes in the distance. Other areas had great close up views of the giraffes while feeding. Which area is that?!!?

I think the Sunset Savanah is the best place to see the giraffes. I think that's where they feed them.

There is a FAQ on AKL somewhere, but I couldn't find it. Does anyone have the link? The darn search feture is still down.

We saw giraffes on the zebra trail Arusha savannah. They have a tree where they place their food about 100 feet from the rooms. I do not know if that is close enough for you, but there were always 3 giraffes on the savannah. I do not know if you can get closer on the others.

We also saw lots of giraffes on zebra trail, Arusha savannah. We were in a 2nd floor room, not too far down the trail. They do place food in the trees and as I remember there was a watering place about 1/3 down the trail.

There were 3 giraffes from our savannah view room (Zebra Trail - Uzima Savannah Room #4506). The CM's would place food out a few times a day from one end to the other. The giraffes would start on one end and work their way down to the other. Also, giraffes tend to stay together - so when you see one of them, the others shouldn't be too far behind. Sometimes the animals would be further away, but at night we had ankole cattle sleeping in the brush below our window. It was great.

It's a savannah, like Arusha Savannah. I think it was on Kudu Trail (at the e-n-d!) if I recall correctly. I would just tell them you love giraffes and request a view of the Sunset Savannah. It was so peacful at times you could hear them munching on the leaves! I cannot WAIT to go back!!!!

If there's a savannah, there's a giraffe! I would choose the Sunset Savannah for a great view of all animals, including the giraffes.

We were also at the end of Kudu Trail (room 3320) and had awesome veiws of the giraffes.
