What is a VITA Sheet?

I am filling out a job application for the first time in over 12 years (yikes!). At the top of it, right after it says to fill out all blanks completely, it says you are encouraged to attach a Vita Sheet. Hmmm...might like to if I knew what a Vita sheet is- could someone clue me in, please? TIA!

It means a Curriculum Vita (aka resume). They want to know educational/work experience.

Generally a curriculum vitae is something that describes all work experience plus anything that you've had published. For that reason, it's typically associated with carreers in education (professors, school administrators) and publishing.
