Yes, you can exchange out typically 160 points for 1 bdrm or 270 points for 2 bdrm during high season. Some exchanges can be very difficult to get if you're trying to go during school breaks, holidays or very popular areas. For those situations you'll want to plan way ahead and put your search in early. Flexibility helps.

We put in a search for Kauai over a year ago and recently matched for a Marriott at the end of October.
