Not being a Debbie Downer here, but it's not the most healthiest snack on the planet. Who cares. 
Here are the ingredients:
DoleWhip Non Dairy mix.
(Pineapple) Sugar, Dextrose, Pineapple Crystals, Partially
Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Stabilizers (Cellulose, Locust
Bean, Guar, Xanthan, Karaya Gum, Pectin), Sodium Silico
Aluminate, Vegetable Fiber, Citric Acid, Artificial Flavor,
Sodium Caseinate (A Milk Derivative), Mono & Diglycerides,
Sodium Citrate, Salt, Dipotassium Phosphate, Articial Color
Including F.D. & C. Yellow #6.
If you have an IceCream machine at home they actually sell a dry mix. Never tried it. It wouldn't taste the same outside of Disney anyway.
