Well here we go with a pre TR for our much anticpated holiday in 5 weeks time.

party:

The team are me and DH, he-who-will-not-be-named-online. I am 33 and DH is 35. Percy our beloved kitty will be going to stay with granny for the time we are away. I am a teacher of kids aged 11 - 16, DH is a technician on a gas plant. In answer to the question what grade do you teach - I dont know! We don't have grades in the UK which is why I mention the age range above. I am a slow-moving, animal loving and fast ride hating person; DH is a fast-moving, animals are ok for 5 minutes and fast ride loving person - the perfect pair

We have booked a 2 week stay at SSR in a 1BR and I am looking forward to having a kitchen and a king size bed :worship:. No more wet clothes hanging on the balcony for us!

In relation to the title, last year after 3 nights in 4 different hotels I came home with DH very disgruntled as I had managed to mislay my mobile and camera on our trip. The mobile I believe was swallowed by the bed in a studio in block 14 at Old Key West, never to be seen again. The camera was lost during a heavy rainstorm at Pop. We had ventured over there to try Tie-dye cheesecake (yummy) and have a look around. Taking a pic of DH by the Play-Doh tub caused a heavy downpour and we legged it for cover and got the cheesecake while the rain stopped. At this point I went to get the camera from my pocket to photo said cheesecake only to find camera was AWOL, I think one of the ducks at Pop may have taken it for personal use.

We have booked ADR's which was a trial this year, the first year I haven't done it through DVC as we are not staying on points for this trip. Mousekeeping will visit every day :cloud9: Will list ADR's in chapter 2 for your perusal.

Welcome aboard my TR, emergency exits are here, here and here. Should the entertainment level of this TR drop, oxygen is available. Please fasten your seatbelts and enjoy your flight with us.

1 month to go :cool1:

Really looking forward to our trip, hoping to update TR live from WDW if I manage to get the laptop and all its bits and bobs to WDW in one piece.

We are 35 days from our trip so I know your excitement!!

We lost a camera on our last trip to WDW too (2003) :sad1:
We stayed off site the last time and while taking all our stuff out of the van I set my camera on the engine hood. We walked away and we didn't go two rows before I remembered. I ran back but the camera was gone.:headache:

It had to have been taken by someone who had been in the car beside us because no one else was around. They hurried past us really fast in the parking lot. It was only a matter of 2 min before I ran back.

Shame on them. I wished them wet jeans rashes for doing that. :rolleyes1

We also ordered a king size bed. :cloud9: I hope we get it, we have a queen at home so I would probably roll out of a double since I am used to all the room. Why so many hotels last time? This time we only are going for 6 nights. I wish it could be longer, but that is all the time DH can get off work.

I can't even imagine flying from the UK. My dinky little 2hr flight has me all nervous:scared:

I am awaiting your ADR's and other info. popcorn::

Sorry for the delay in posting ADR's! 2 weeks today will be in Busch Gardens with me waiting for DH to ride all the big rides. Just hope he doesn't get stuck on one this time:lmao: Anyway our ADR's for our 2 weeks at the World...
