What In The World?! That's A First..

So I was sitting clicking to enter the staff event and was clicking since 7:29 ET and got to about 7:33 the Mac starts doing that rotating thing when I clicked search, it does this a few times if i'd been continuously clicking for a long time. So it does that i click search again and it showed the event with 1 mickey so i click enter. Then im staring at a blank screen and I noticed my toolbar on the bottom. What was interesting was that the cursor was flashing in the textbox, sure enough I could type chat. I click a few buttons and found out that indeed i was just sitting there. A window pops up and said that the queue was too long. Then i said a few words that cant be said here and tried to get in.

Well Mac has reached a now low in my eyes and makes me want a PC even more.

The whole thing was weird...it sat on black forever for me and suddenly I was in queue with 5 to go...and right away 4, like someone dc'd or something...and now I've been at 4 since I got in. No movement, which means I am most likely disconnected

My sympathy my friend. Macs can't even compare to PC. I'm sure you will get in again.

If you don't like Macs, then I hope you never ever have to deal with Windows. Windows is beyond terrible.

Mac is great in most ways, but the version of Shockwave that's out for Mac isn't optimized very well. (That's Adobe's fault.) If you want to run VMK speedily on a Mac, use Parallels Desktop to run the Windows version of Shockwave on your Mac.

Sadly that is a bit expensive but i planned on either buying the Virtual PC software or Parrellels update. I currenty running version 10.4.8

Macs for VMK= useless
Macs for other things= Best computer ever

I'm using a Mac today and could only be on VMK for less then 30 minutes.
