Chris will probably make frozen pizza as I work tonight. If I was home I would definitely make chili. It is a chili kind of day outside.

I was just thinking the same thing!!
I have no idea but, I know I don't feel like cooking!LOL;)

It is beautiful here today. DH is grilling pork chops and zuccini and summer squash.

Denae

Cheese Nip Chicken, Mac N Cheese and some vegetable. I haven't decided yet.

I am going to throw together a chicken casserole. Now that I can buy those absolutely delicious Pillsbury frozen biscuits, casseroles are even more appealing.

I have a pot roast in the crock pot. Will serve with egg noodles and roasted asparagus. yummy

What is Cheese Nip Chicken? It sounds pretty good.

BTW...I am having Pan Roasted Chicken with Balsamic and rosemary gravy. Baby red potatoes with Olive Oil and rosemary and a Spring Mix salad.

(I make my roasted chicken on my Weber Grill that DH got for me for Mothers Day!!-I LOVE IT!)::yes::

Tonight we're having french onion soup and grilled proscuitto and fontina sandwiches.

It's cold and kind of dreary, a perfect soup day.

DD said she wanted spaghetti, so I went to the freezer to thaw out some of my famous homemade sauce and OH NO - there's none there. So, I just made another batch - brown some hamburger, toss in a few different flavor of Emeril's spaghetti sauce and WhaLa, I did it all in my kitchen, sooo... it must be homemade - Right?;)

Conference night at school... so BIG salads with lettuce, tomato, red onion, cheddar, grilled beef (fajita seasoning) and salsa/sour cream dressing.

Sounds yummy just typing it, its 4:31 pm, one hour to go before I can dig in!:bounce:

Wishing everyone a "magical" day!

Daughter has a doctor appt. tonight so I bought a couple of those Boboli pizza crusts and I have sauce that I made so pizza for us.

We're having red beans and rice with sausage.

TinkHappy,
Would you mind sharing your chicken recipe, it sounds wonderful.

We have pizza left over from our March Madness party. I learned a new way to reheat. Rub a bit of olive oil on a skillet or griddle and heat on medium heat. Place pizza slices on the skillet/griddle and cover (I use the foil that I wrapped the pizza in). Keep heat at medium. When the cheese is melted, the pizza is done. The crust will be nice and crispy.

We will also have "what should we have for a vegetable" soup. Basically, add about 2 oz of milk to a 12 oz can of V-8 juice. Add your favorite spices and microwave until hot. Works in a pinch.

TinkHappy--I got a weber grill for Mother's Day (2003) also and I love it! Mine is a charcoal grill with the propane starter. How about yours? I have made everything from asparagus to quesidillas on it. I can't wait for it to be warm enough to grill everyday!

We're having homemade stir fry. Basically steak, frozen stir fry veggies, and teriyaki and soy sauce mixed in a wok, serve over rice. Simple, healthy, the kids will eat it and delicious!

BYW- Thanks everyone that gave me those great chicken recipes a few weeks ago, I am still trying them!

I'm guessing since the OP capitalized the "W" in world that it meant Disney World...so if I were at Disney World I'd be having supper at Le Cellier, or Chef Mickeys!!! :)

I'm having a chicken broccoli casserole. I could really go for a pizza but I will be having that on Thursday since that will be a busy day for me.

I've cooked for three weeks. Tonight, we're having Wendy's!!!!
