I have ADR's at 50 Primetime for lunch and character dinner at 1900 Park Fare for Sept 28-Oct 3 stay. Right now, I know that there will 4 of us, but there's a chance that more family members will join us. Should I add people now and delete them later? Or add them when I'm 100% sure?

I would go ahead and add them now. I think it would be much easier to go from a 5 top to a 4 top since they likely have more seats to accomodate 4 people, should you need to change in back at a future date.

It has been my experience that you don't just add or subtract people from a dining reservation you actually have to do a completely new reservation, so don't cancel your old reservation until you are sure you have the new one, then cancel the old. There is a chance the restaurants you are eating in will already be full.

If you are going up from an odd number of people to an even number then would be no problem, as most tables are designed for an even number of people. For example five or six would be seated at a table for six.

If you are going from up from even to odd youo will need a bigger table, if you reserved for four and now have five, you will actually have to get a table designed for six.

If you have a reservation for five or six, and only four show up it is possible you may still get the table designed for six.
