What if it's raining ??

I will be at Universal tomorrow for 2-3 days.
It looks like it may be raining tomorrow in Orlando.
If it is raining which park hould I go to IOA or US ?
Which park has more stuff to do in the rain?
I have 3 days so it doesn't matter to me which park I go to first.

If it is raining do the universal studios side cause everything is mainly inside rides cause ioa has almost everything outside .

The attractions can run in light to moderate rain. If it gets super heavy, then they may close. However, lightning is the problem, and will shut down basically ALL the attractions in IOA.
