1. There are amazing, wonderful, and helpful cm.
2. There are terrible cm's that won't listen to anything u say.
3. Waiting an hour on hold to talk to someone is actually pretty quick.
4. All the words to oh canada( while on hold)
5. Getting up at 5 to call doesn't work. Could have slept till 9 and have waited just as long for same thing...
6. In the end everything always works out
