Drove a new Camry for the 1st time last month. Picked it up off the Full-size Aisle and really enjoyed it. The aisles were loaded with Malibus and Centurys. Found one Camry at the very end of the aisle. Great gas mileage and excellent trunk space. Imho better than the Century. Picked one up at the Car Care Center last weekend. They only had 2 full-size avail last Sunday morning. A Century and a Monte Carlo. Hard to get our excess bags into the back seat of the Chevy so chose the 4dr Century. Why do they still choose to only put Cassettes in some cars?

I was surprised as well. The 2003 Carolla redesign is bigger and taller then last years model. It looks like a 7/8 scale Camry. It is the same platform as the Matrix wagon which I also saw on the EA.
But then again, I am not sure why Regals count as full-size and Centurys count as intermedates when they are basically the same car. Granted the Regals at National have leather seats and a pretty good sound system, they certainly aren't a bigger car.

I rented a Corolla last December, it was classified as an intermediate, it was on the EA. It wasn't a bad car, they are bigger than they were in the past, we got all our luggage in the trunk. It was great on gas, I only paid like $5 for gas for the week.
