What have you bought on QVC?

Have you ever bought anything on QVC or another home shopping channel? Did you like it or end up regretting it?

Have you ever been a caller to the show and got to talk to them?


I bought some scrapbooking cardstock that was a great deal and loved it! I also bought some chocolate covered potato chips and sent them to someone as a gift. I am trying to remember if I bought anything else. . .

one time I got a nesco 10 quart roasting pan......it is the ultimate....but gave it to sister..

then I got a wonderful bread machine.......I loved it TO MUCH......gave it to my niece ....I did use it quite a few years......would have homemade bread every sunday night with the family

I buy Bare Minerals make-up from QVC and Toni Brattin's faux hair from HSN. DH buys Andrew Lessman Vitamins from HSN. Have also bought numerous other items at different times. Never dissatisfied with any purchase!!

I saw some cute gold bracelets once, they were 14k gold with different stones through them topaz/garnet/amethyst/peridot. I bought 2, to give to my 2 nieces for Christmas but when they arrived I loved them so much that I kept them myself lol

I just bought a 6 piece bare minerals eye shadow set. I am waiting for it to arrive can't wait. I also ordered a fit swimsuit and haven't gotten that yet either. Bathing suit was 5 easy payments kinda makes the $90 swimsuit a little easier to take.

I like their clothes. I like the Denim & Co brand as they are usually good quality and fit well. I also like their gold jewelery...

On HSN I like the Andrew Lessman vitamins as well.

A couple Quacker Factory sweaters but thank heavens I finally looked in a mirror
A bunch of kitchen gadgets I never used
A bunch of crafting stuff I never used
A bunch of bed linens I actually like
A bunch of makeup and skin care from a line I really like but found a better one.

There's a reason Dh doesn't open the credit card statements

I bought a George Foreman grill, some bare minerals and a shower curtain. I loved everything but the shower curtain. It looked really cool on the show, but it didn't work. Water went right through the curtain!

Well most recently I bought a 12 inch cast iron skillet from Paula Deen on QVC and I LOVE IT!!! It makes the most amazing steak!

Um I'm trying to think of the strangest thing... Oh once I bought a stained glass tiffany inspired lamp for my mil. (she loves that thing- but it is something I never would have bought myself)

Any food?? I did buy the crab cakes once.

I love QVC! Especially because of their awesome 30-day return policy. I like knowing that if I saw it on tv and want it but don't like it, it can go back for whatever reason.

I bought the Billy Blanks bootcamp... haha. I liked it while I used it! I should use it again...

I'd love to buy about 1/2 of what I see. But I have to exercise constraint.

My college roommate works there... how jealous am I!!!!

Oh and the tan towels from HSN are also like crack.

Sharon got me into buying this sometime back, I just love it! I am waiting for a Mickey Ring to come in that has been on back order for some time.. very excited to get it!

I did get a couple of the Toni Brattin hair things. My 1st round of chemo my hair didn't totally fall out but it thinned quite a bit and they really made it look nicer. I did like those. Every time I see her on I wish my hair would hurry and grow in long enough to wear them again

oh and I forgot about Valerie Parr Hill stuff. *she reminds me of my friend so everytime she is on I feel like I am buying stuff from Deb. I have loved everything of hers I have bought.

I have bought a few Dooney & Bourke's from QVC---I admit it, purses are my crack! I usually justify the purchase by buying them around Christmas time (good deals) and claiming them as Christmas gifts. We just recently ordered and received a couple portable DVD players from HSN. I have been very happy with all my purchases so far!

Ah, QVC, my dear dear friend... I prefer it to HSN, I just feel that QVC has better quality products. I have had to return everything I've ever bought fron HSN (although I do lurk when the Toni Pony and Jessica Simpson hair are on!)

Shows I never miss - and regularly buy from - are: Smashbox (love their cream eye liner), Birkenstocks (anyone else miss Sally??), Breezies bras (I love the one with the "floating frame"), and of course, DIAMONIQUE (I have a few Epiphany and white gold rings)! I don't leave the house during Diamonique Week.
