Okay so I made a boo-boo. I mixed up two of my park days. I am there March 13-18, but will only be spending the 14-18 in the theme parks. Initially, I didn't think I planned on going to Epcot, so I was flexible on which days I wanted to spend an extra day at MK. Then at the time of Fastpass + reservations, which I booked the first minute available to me, I scheduled for Epcot on the Tuesday (March 17) and MK the Wed (March 18). I scheduled Epcot that day because it was a Magic Morning and I thought the extra hour would help with ride times. I am looking at crowd schedule assumed at MK that day which looks like a 5 for that day , as opposed to the 8 on March 18 (Which isn't an EMH morning OR evening at MK--just busy spring break time). The crowd for Epcot is about the same at either a 6 or 7 for either day.
The problem is, I screwed up my Askerhaus reservation and booked it for the day I'm at MK instead of the day I'm at Epcot. I would try to change it, but by the time I caught the mistake, it was too late to find any available times. I am contemplating because of this restaurant screw up, plus the lower crowds on switching these days. (P.S. -- this would be our second day at MK, so its not like we only have one day there).
The problem is, I got REALLY good Fastpass+ reservations and times (according to TouringPlans) for both parks, and some of the Fastpasses I chose for MK on the second day are big ride attractions I did not plan for on the First day because of scheduling dumb (IMHO) Fastpasses for things like Meet Anna and Elsa which my kids threatened a revolt if we didn't do (so it had to be done, ugh).
I'm worried the difficulty of changing my Fastpasses now about 22 or so days out from these two days at the park (18 until my first day there, eek). Also, I'm worried about getting decent Fastpasses at this point if I try to change, and WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENS if I press the button to on my Fastpass+ to see other options. Does it let me see my options in changing before I cancel my previous Fastpass times, or do I have to cancel my awesome Fastpass times in order to roll the dice on what I would get after canceling? I'm too afraid to push the button without asking someone in advance.
Advice please??
