What happens to the refund?

I had a woods view room at WL with the balance due on the package on Monday. I sent the check last Tuesday. Thursday my TA had to move me to a courtyard view to get in on the discount so I didn't save a lot of money but 88.10 is better than nothing. I just got an email from her that Disney recieved the payment and all the information that she sent from them refers to the amount minus the savings even though what I sent them was for the original amount due. I emailed her but I figured someone here could tell me before she checks her email, will that be credited to my room when we get there and am I going to get something from Disney saying they have $88.10 of mine?
