If my first LLMP of the day expires and I am still not in the park, can I then replace that with another Lightning Lane for a later time? Thanks in advance, still trying to learn the in's and out's of the new system!

Currently No you can't replace it or modify it. It is stuck until you enter a park and tap into a valid LLMP unless you stop by the Blue Umbrella crew and get help from the Guest Experience Team (GET) CM.

Once you tap in to any of your valid LLMP selections then you unlock Tiers and Multi park LLMP selection ability.

Can you help me to understand the reasoning behind this? We are planning a July 2025 trip with a large group. I know that at some point during this trip, someone in our group will choose to sleep in and want to meet up with us later. What happens if they miss all 3 of their prebooked LLMPs and have nothing to tap into when they arrive at the park or what if they want to join us in the afternoon after we have park hopped to a different park having never even entered the first park? Will the GET team fix this?

The reasoning behind this is that the system is designed around tapping in to fully unlock it, likely to prevent hoarding of inventory that guests have no intention of using and power users from cleaning it out. Everyone w 2 brain cells would just book some garbage LL at park open to let it expire and then start cleaning out the Tier 1s. Making people have to physically go to the park and tap in to their throwaway introduces just enough opportunity cost to discourage abuse. But also, the system is just meant to be used. If it’s not then weird behavior can happen. 🤷🏾‍♀️

You can and should go in to cancel LLs for anyone not intending to use them. Not only to make your day less annoying by saving trips to GET but also for the sake of other guests who will actually use those LLs. Personally I would not be managing LLMP for a gigantic group for this reason and others.
