Just curious if anyone knows how exactly it would work in the unlikely scenario that Disney were to one day go under. Parks close, hotels close, waterparks close, but DVC remains open because it is owned by us.
Resorts like SSR, RIV, and OKW wouldn't have too much of an issue because they are stand alone resorts. But what about the others? If Boardwalk hotel closes, what happens to the rest of the resort at BWV? Would it remain open, but BWV owners would have to pay for the maintenance of the entire resort? What about Jambo? Could they just keep the rooms and front desk open but close the pool, gym, restaurants, and all of the other amenities?
