Happened severel times to me - I was so mad because I got through immediately at 7:00 (had a browser opened to the official time http://www.time.gov/timezone.cgi?Eastern/d/-5 ) and then it wnet dead. I finally got through and spoke to someone but no room available at WL for my dates
