We are staying in a 2 br at BLT in early Oct. on DDP.

While we will eat meals at the parks what type of snacks Should we get?

We are thinking milk, cereal and bagels for quick breakfast. Pretzles, chips and salsa, cheese and crackers and Microwave popcorn for happy hour snacks.

Beer and Jack :cool1:for happy hour beverages.

What are we forgetting?

Log on to dvcmember and look at the grocery order form shopping list. It lists everything they think you might want/need. That might help.

With DDP, you might not need to buy a whole lot. You can also use your snack credits to get things to eat in the room. Happy hour is best with Mickey-shaped pretzels.:thumbsup2

Have fun!

Peanut Butter and Jelly is/are a staple for us. We also always grab a dozen eggs...easy and fast to make a couple of scrambled eggs for breakfast.

When we are on the DP, or the DDP, we don't eat any snacks in the room. There is so much food on the plan, that we never need any snacks between meals. We do have breakfast in the room, but that is it.

We always get the shake and pour pancake mix, some eggs, milk, bacon or sausage, chips (2 kinds), cheese, crackers, popcorn, bananas, soda (or pop), beer, and water. Oh and maybe donuts too. We like a bigger breakfast, smallish "lunch", and then dinner. Our next trip to the treehouses we're planning on getting some things for grilling since each treehouse has it's own grill.

When we were there in May we had Garden Grocer deliver us mini powdered donuts, pop tarts, bottled water, tea bags for me, 2 liter bottles of pop, and cookies. Things for us to snack on while on our afternoon breaks and things that the kids wanted to eat if we didn't have breakfast plans. It worked out very well for us and we are probably going to do the same thing for our January trip. Have a great time :goodvibes.

Coffee (some people don't like Disney coffee, and they may not provide enough for your stay). Maybe a little salt and pepper. Large plastic bags to put your take-out boxes in for leftovers from the DDP, for snacks in the room. Perhaps bottled water (many people hate Orlando water). Toppings for your bagels? You can use your snack credits for fruit bowls and pastries for yummy breakfasts (for example, pick some up in the MK bakery at the end of the evening on your way home). You can use several snack credits in one day, if you don't all want to have your allotted number of snacks per day every day.

We are on the DDP and we order:
Juice, coffee, a case of water, soda, beer, and wine. Breakfast things and fruit, Chips and salsa and cheese and crackers. I also order a small bottle of liquid bleach to run through the whirlpool tub.

We always buy alot of water and other drinks. Stuff for breakfest and stuff to munch on through out the day or midnight snack. :thumbsup2
