What flavor does Joffrey’s brew in the parks?

My husband and I loved the Joffrey’s coffee we had in the parks! I want to order some online but they have a bunch of choices?!? Does anyone know what flavor/roast they brew in the parks? We had it at Ak by the gate and Mk in Tomorrowland?

Do they have a Signature roast? I bet it's that. All else fails, write Joffrey's and ask. I'm sure they know what their contract provides as the basic coffee brewed in the parks.
