What exactly is considered a Table Service

I am learning about this DDP - bear with me.

A restaurant where you sit at the table and waiters serve you. This includes buffets.

A counter service is a restaurant where you order at a counter and carry the food out yourself (fast food type setup).

If you want a table service meal which is counted as a counter service go over to CSR. OMG! It's AWESOME!
