*What encourages you to buy sb items online?*

Hi! I am getting ready to carry SOME sb items online (on my Mother's .com...), and would like to know what encourages you to buy sb items online? Shipping specials, someone you "trust", goodies, different items, great prices, etc...

I am basically setting this up, just so I can use the items for my own selfish reasons! And, I think we shouldn't have to pay an arm and a leg for these items! I know how addictive it can be, and there are so many awesome items out there, so if I can help someone, then I'll be happy!

I attended the Atlanta Gift Show this week, and bought several Disney items (the guy was selling his booth!) & ordered some of the K & Co. albums. IF you were interested in buying, would you be willing to wait 1-2 weeks (max!) to receive an order? I may be able to special order albums, based on the need, and in turn be able to keep prices dirt cheap. So, I would love to hear your comments, ideas & any suggestions!!

For me the things I like most are cheap prices and cheap shipipng. I would be willing to wait if I knew in advance it would take a couple of weeks. Just my 0.02.

I purchase quite a bit on-line. Dito the above, plus good customer service. Once one item I ordered was left out of the order, and when the woman sent it , she included all kinds of other goodies!

I'd be willing to wait for something if it was a good deal.

knowing the shipping in advance is a big bonus for me. A lot of places expect me to order and just agree to paying whatever the shipping happens to be, (since I am overseas) - I am not prepared to take that kind of risk.

I actually order all my stuff online and the main reason is because there is no local LSS. I have a choice of 4 online LSS's to use in the UK, and the 2 that do get my business are not necessarily the cheapest, but they have good customer service, a wide variety of stock and they have heard of the latest trends - I hate if I ring a place to ask about something, eg eyelets, and I get that funny silence, like what is this person on about. I expect the person who answers the phone to know their stuff. Oh yes, I also like a phone number. I do a lot of browing online, and I will order online, but I like to know there's a person at the end of the phone if there's a problem

I like inexpensive shipping and a shipping chart is nice. So much of the time you have to fill your cart before they'll tell you how much it will cost to ship it. Good prices are always a plus, too.

I'm more willing to wait for something if it is an album or a long-term use item. For papers or stickers I usually am in more of a hurry. Once I get an idea, I want to forge ahead. Unless it's Disney. I always am looking for Disney stuff.
