what else to do other than candlelight processional for xmas night or eve?

Hey guys! this will be my and my husbands first Christmas living near Disney. I know a lot of people love the candlelight processional but for Christmas night or Christmas eve what else do you like to do at disney? or is candlelight processional a must do? thoughts? what have you guys all done? thanks everyone!!!

During last year's Christmas holidays, we ate dinner at FF on the night of the Eve to better emulate our normal fish only meal, went to one of the services @ the Contemporary on the morning of the Day (one is RC, and the Protestant), and then had an early dinner at Brown Derby.

It was weird seeing people wearing shorts and stuff at the Contemporary's (I've memories of feeling uncomfy finding self unexpectedly in European churches under-dressed) service but still spiritually satisfying.

We also enjoyed visiting the various Christmas based exhibits at Epcot.
