We go on 16th August and I don't want to miss out on any window for pre-booking/planning. This is what I have done so far:

Premier Inn
Flights
Accommodation (OKW + HRH)
Park Tickets
ADRs
BBB
ESTAs
Passport renewal
Insurance
Magic Bands

I still need to purchase Memory Maker and arrange transfers from MCO to HRH and then on to OKW. We are not hiring a car.
Can I book fastpasses at 60 days? Does that include Meet and Greets?

Is there anything else I can do in preparation? This will my first DIY holiday and I don't want to make a mistake!

You can plan what date we are going to meet up. We're booked baby!!!

Hi OP I hope you enjoy your visit in August! If you are staying offsite, you can book fast passes in 30 before. The 60 day is only for onsite guests. You can book M&G's at that time too. As for the other preplanning, it looks like you have done a terrific job so far. There are other preplanning sites that can helps too, so good luck

You've already planned more of an itinerary than I and we go next week!
We have 1 ADR, we eat offsite mostly.
Last minute bits have been sorting airport transfers here in the UK.

Get some dollars? Rate's rubbish at the moment, so maybe not cash...Apply for a commission-free credit card?
Buy some handy bits and pieces like a travel USB charger, water bottle koozie etc.?
Collect handy containers like little bottles for shampoo etc.
Think about what you'll need to pack - realised today that I don't have enough trainer socks, had to go get some...
Get the kids to start saving for souvenirs??
Visit the dentist to get a free sample of toothpaste

OP you can book your FPP at 60 days from your check in date at OKW, not 30 days as noted above. We have almost an identical holiday planned (HRH then OKW) but we arrive August 1st

You could use a Town Car service to get from MCO to HRH then HRH to OKW. We will have a car this trip but I have used Tiffany Town Car before who are excellent. You can book it all on line (check for a discount code on line too). They will also do a grocery stop on your airport run. You will be able to use Magical Express back to MCO from
OKW.

Sounds good to me Joolz - as a pp says, are you getting photo connect at US? I plan on getting it, but not until just before we go as you just print it off anyway. What about any dessert parties or cruises? Anything like that....
