as we are planning to go to HH next year as a change what activitys apart from golf is there

The resort itself has a nice variety of activities for children and adults.

For the kids, there is gyutaku (fish painting!), crabbing, shelling, nature walks, kids night out, campfire, magic show and lots more.

For adults, there is wine/cheese tasting, "Behind the Ears" tour and some "Cooking with Matilda" classes.

For the family, consider kayaking, canoeing, sailing, fishing, Dolphin cruises, parasailing, water skiing, wake boarding, tennis, biking, shopping and/or dining at one of the more than 300 restaurants on the island.

Also consider a side trip to Savannah or Charleston.

The magic of HH is that you can do nothing at all but enjoy the day at the pool and just resort activities.

we enjoyed the Campfires, the resort tour, the treasure hunt, cookies and bedtime stories at Big Murgies, the Barb-que, walks on the pier, walks on the beach, seeing dolphins from the beach, meeting other members, watching the birds from our porch, looking for Shadow, and of course we like to go to "The Piggly Wiggly" for groceries if only to say"the Piggly Wiggly".

Very laid back-a true VACATION!
