I know your dog doesn't actually "call" you anything (unless he or she is highly gifted
) but what does your dog know you by? I ask because my aunt thought it was really strange when I told my dog to take her toy to daddy. She picked up her toy and took it straight to my dad. My dog knows my parents as "Mama" and "Daddy" because I lived with them when I got her. I'm "Susie" to my dogs. I thought it was strange that my aunt thought it was strange.

needless to say he has a very limited vocabulary.

Just because she snorted a lot didn't make her a pig.
