Surprisingly he's a yellow, but I know what you mean.
We were really at our wits end with him, he was such a challenge to teach ANYTHING so took him to a doggie behaviorist. She diagnosed him as ADD (or was it ADHD). Even tho the vet dismissed this, I think the behaviorist was on to something..... I know it sounds funny but he really does have trouble processing things. That said, at almost 8 he's a lot better and has turned into a nice pet. We neutered him at a young age, labs don't need any more "help" like this in the gene pool

Our Lab is adopted from a family that could not keep her due to moving (so they claimed... DD thinks they just bailed
). They told us that she was a very smart dog she just made dumb decisions.... She forgets from hour to hour. It is funny. Gets a little frustrating, but we just go with the flo. She will be three in Feb and I THINK she is getting a bit better. We sure wouldn't add to the gene pool either!

I have a beagle, which obviously means that my dog is on the spectrum.
