In your opinion, what does WDW need most?

More choices for familys of 5 for resorts. It drives me nuts that there isn't a more "budget" option than the Deluxe resorts - unless we want POR which is a small room! Our hands down favorite resort is AKL and now that my daughter is older than 3, we can't stay there without getting a Deluxe Savannah Room...we can only afford the standard!

Totally agree!

I want to see more character meals.

Example: House of Mouse
Toy Story
Monster Inc.
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
Villians
Heros (Peter Pan, Hercules, Aladdin and others)
Playhouse Disney

If they had these, people would definitly come!!

There used to be a villians character dinner at 1900 Park Fare. I attended back in April '00. The villians were truly villians - since it was a buffet, my sister got up to get food, and when she returned, they had taken her chair! Then they kept bothering me, playing with my hair and just bothering me. It was funny for awhile, but the villians eventually became annoying and all we wanted to do was eat! I think that because they were villians, they were trained to be "evil" if you will and do mischievious things.

I will put in my ideas for this thread, though:
- Space Mountain renovation
- more thrill rides
- they need to do something about the seagulls at Epcot :goodvibes lol I hate them! I know there's nothing they can do, but they still need to! :flower:
- a Cab drop off at MK (although you can just have them leave you off at the Contemporary...)
- I'm fresh out of ideas, but I am sure I will come up with more once I post this! :teeth:

I definetly would love to see a refillable mug program in the parks. Even if it was a daily thing like at the waterparks.

I'd also like to see a new parade in Epcot. I think there's a definite void there now.

Modified versions of their new thrill rids. Mostly Mission Space.

I had never rode Mission Space, but I would love to see the technology behind it without losing my lunch. I wish Disney would do a version of this ride that can include everyone. I have high blood pressure and after reading all the warnings I don't want to risk it.

Frequent Flyer Program ;)

But anyways, I would love to have the Villians character dinner come back!

They need to mostly not mess with the FastPass system. It worked just fine before they started giving out multiple FastPasses and if I have to enter a park and then just run around to all the machines to get them before they are all gone, well that will just ruin the magic for me, no doubt about it!

A return to well themed dark rides with animatronics such as Horizons or World Of Motion. These rides were great for the whole family and made for repeat ridership.

Less character/entertainment meals. I avoid certain restaurants that I would otherwise go to because of the chaos of the Character meals or obnoxious factor of the entertainment. For example, I really like the food at the Prime Time Cafe, but the humiliation factor gets old. Same with Whispering Canyon Cafe. Sometimes you just want a quiet meal.

A return to pre-packaged ketchup, mustard, etc...Those WDW condiment dispensers are gross.

That some signature hotel restaurants were open at lunch such as Jiko or California Grill.

An adults only resort hotel.

good coffee

earlier posting of hours (to coincide with PS window)

better rooms for family of 5 (we bought DVC because of this!)

open MK Main st 1/2 early (again) and drop that dumb show

Stop ruining all the good restaurants with character meals

self serve kiosks that tell you days/meals left on passes

drop the finger scan for everyone--too time consuming

OK, got that off my chest!

I absolutely agree with all the above posts, especially this one and I'd like to add another.....................
a place or system to measure the height of kids so that they can ride all the rides for their height and not have CM's pick and choose which ones they are tall (or not tall) enough for.... I know there are many threads about how they are tall enough for this ride, but not that one. The kids are the ones who lose out the most, getting so upset.... I think they need a central measuring area and get a bracelet or something.......IMHO

Great ideas....

Coffee is a big one for me; and with 3 kids, affordable (and convenient) housing for a family of 5!

The campers are too much like camping with my scouts (do enough of that), and are kind of far out; and with DVC, I can't add on the MYW dining.....

More exciting thrill rides
Indiana Jones
Matterhorn
Sea-themed ride - such as the ones at DisneySea

Stop wasting the space - do something constructive with it -
Ariel's Grotto - what a waste...
Indiana Jones - enough already - it's dated....put the exciting Indiana Jones ride there
Star Tours - needs updating
