What does this mean?????

Everytime I try to vote on someones poll I get this message:

It's been giving me this message for weeks. I want to vote on polls, BOO HOO!!!

Some users using Netscape or aol have reported problems voting in polls. If you're using one of those, try using the Internet Explorer browser and see if you can vote that way.

Aha! I DO have AOL. That must be it. Funny I've never had a problem until now???

I think it's a new upgrade aol added.

Actually, I'm not sure it happens all of the time or to everyone. We've just recently noticed some funky stuff with their browser and the vbulletin software.
