What does SeaWorld do for Christmas week and New Year's Eve?

For those who just got back for this past Christmas would you please share what you know about it.

Are there Christmas decorations throughout the park? Are there any special shows or events? What about a fireworks show?

Is there anything special going on for New Year's Eve? Do they stay open pass midnight that night?
