What does riff-raff mean to you?

Whoa! This is one CRAZY thread

Let me tell you, I've stayed at Pop and I've stayed at the Polynesian, and I've seen all types of people at both. Just because people stay at a value resort, it doesn't mean they're poor, uneducated, etc. That goes for the deluxes as well (doesn't necessarily equate to having class).

Ultimately, the amount of cash in your wallet has no direct relation to the amount of class or intellegence you may (or may not) have.

When I used the term "riff-raff" in my original post, I was trying to single out people who could not afford to stay anywhere else.

But to go further...

people who think they are allowed to smoke under the non-smoking sign.

people who allow their kids to run wild, and think that you are in THEIR way.

less educated people

people who don't bus their trays in the food court

etc, etc, etc.

BEING POOR OR OF LOW INCOME IS NOT A DEFINITION OF RIFF RAFF AND IF YOU THINK IT IS THEN ALL YOU NEED TO DO TO SEE WHAT A TRUE RIFF RAFF PERSON LOOKS LIKE IS TO CHECK YOUR OWN BATHROOM MIRROR.

I ALSO STRONGLY DISAGREE WITH YOUR INCLUSION OF THE LESS EDUCATED IN THE RIFF RAFF CATAGORY.

My apologies to all for shouting but this really got to me.
