When someone says

"Your a man/woman after my own heart"

I hear people say this all the time and I am not sure of the exact meaning. It seems pretty straight forward but I want to be sure. Is this a Pick Up line? Is this a common saying? What is the deal?

I know - NickUnited - that was a dumb question but I am not the sharpest tool in the shed here!
