I am not sure if this looks good or not..since it is our first time I figure we will find our favorites along the way and towards the end of the week when we have free days go back to those parks. I made later ADR's to compensate for possible lines at rides so we don't feel too rushed and felt like the kids are used to eating a little later at home because of sporting committments. Any comments good and bad welcome! With so many people to please it was tough. Each of the kids got to pick somewhere to eat and CRT is a surprise.

We will be doing the Ohana's breakfast on Thursday since the two boys (9-11) wanted to see Stitch. Otherwise we will just eat breakfast in our room or grab something in the food court.

Looks good.Good idea with the non park days every trip i run into some family that has saved and planned there trip for along time and are not having a good time.usually the cause 12 hr park days and no rest days.We went the same time period last year and really had a great time no crowds really to the 23.Have fun and if you guys start to stress at the park head back to the resort dec is iffy if you can swim or just relax.

I have been to WDW 16 times in my 20 years, so I have some experience on this subject and can speek from a young adults perspective since you have kids that are not too far from my age. Your plan looks great and letting your kids get involved in the planning is even better. It makes them feel like they are a part of things, I know it did for me. The best advice I can give you is to pace yourself. Even now that my sister and I are older she is 16, we still go back to the resort in the afternoon after we have eaten lunch at the park. We swim, take a little nap, and relax. Then we head back for supper. I know all families are different and some families can just go go go. But I know I enjoy a relaxing vacation. Since it is your first time, don't expect to get everything done. But since you have such a great plan outlined already, you will accomplish a lot of what you have set out to do. If you have any other specific questions I would be glad to answer them.

Looks like a great plan overall. Not easy to plan for that many kids.

One (completely minor and random suggestion) is to not miss Magic Masters when you are in Downtown Disney West Side for DisneyQuest. It's a store in the loosest sense and is a real DTD "sleeper". Everyone who walks in and stays to see a trick seems to really get a kick out of it... and if someone from your group volunteers for a trick it can make for a nice memory.

Its a good schedule and I will be there also from the 16th -18th (quick Mom and Dad getaway). I have 1 question, what about the Christmas Party at MK? It will be there on the 16th, 18th and 20th. It is always alot of fun and totally worth it!! By the way at MGM don't miss the Osbourne lights. Have a great trip, hope to see you there!!!

I appreciate all the advice, I will definitely keep them in mind. We debated on
the MVMCP and maybe will still do it but was not sure if the kids would be interested. I do like the idea of having the park available during the parade. Can anyone give more info about the parade and the park during this time? We had orginally decided to Disney Quest instead simply because the kids were given a choice. Seemed like a budget conscience decision. Then last week my mom said that for Christmas she wanted to buy the Disney Quest tickets so there may still be a chance I can swing it.

Thanks for your help!

Looks like you'll have fun. Personally, I wasn't impressed with Tappanyaki. My wife and I love Japanese steak houses, and like our local one a lot better (and it was half as expensive). I don't want to poo on your parade, but I'd recommend Cafe Marakesh, it's something you won't find in the states, and if you have a daughter, she'll love the show, my wife did. But Garden Grill is, IMHO, the best of the character meals.
