What do you think?

I was looking at prices for a western Caribbean on the Magic, and the difference between two cat 4's and one cat 3 is around $200 (the cat 3 being more expensive). Is it really worth more than staying in two cat 4's? What would you do? Go for the cat 3 just for the pure reason of experiencing suite life on the ship? Or, for other reasons?

Well, yes, if my choice was two Cat. 4s or a Cat. 3 I'd go with the Cat. 3.

However, the Cat. 3s sleep a maximum of five and you could get two Cat. 6s or even two lower cabin categories and save a bundle over Cat. 4s if you want to sleep five people. You don't need Cat. 4s if you want TWO cabins and have a total of five people.

Theres only 4 of us, but we were thinking we might like to be on deck 8 next time. We just got back and had two cat 5's, which were fine.

Now, Michelle, please tell me why you'd prefer the cat 3? Is it the priority boarding, concierge service, larger bathroom, expanded room service menu, or double/triple wide verandah that you like most? Wow, sounds kinda nice when you think about it.
