We had the same issue for our December trip. However, we thought out the pros and cons of each resort and picked AKL. We thought it had more to offer us.

My best guess is the "free hopper and water add-on" when you buy a base ticket as part of the MYW package, and probably a room discount as well.

That's just a guess. I actually hope I'm wrong and its something better.

Laura I'm LOL because you posted to my original post which I posted and then realized it was in the wrong forum so I moved it and edited this post to be about codes/rates.
