regretably the drunks seldom have any remorse, the one that hit me tryed to use the argument that i was not wearing aseatbelt, therefore i was breaking the law as much as she was .. ( setabelt wasa malfunctioning and i was on way hometo repair it) she will get out of jaIL IN A YEAR OR SO, There is a 168 thousand dollar sherrifs judgement against her after the thing is realeased, but she has to pay it 25 bucks a week, to the sherriffs office, and the staet gets reimbursed for the 20.000 i got from vicxtoms assistance before i see any of hte cash. i doubt she ever pays a cent.

I think she should be placed in the center of an arena and the victims families should be allowed to chase her down and run her over with their vehicles.

The drunk driving laws are far too lienent here, I'd like to see her put away. I've lost friends to these pathetic piles of trash, and now she's taken another life. Put her away for a very VERY long time.

My sister was just in a car accident in Maine (Feb). A woman ran a STOP sign and plowed into my sister. My sis thought she was going to stop and sis started to pull out. The woman did NOT stop and by the time she hit sis, it slammed her in the rear end of sis' station wagon. Woman totalled sis' car. The frame was bent in half. Sis sustained cut forehead/lips. Thankfully, the air bag deployed.
Police were on the scene in minutes. When this woman finally was able to get out of her car, in front of the police, she BEGS sis NOT to SUE her BECAUSE the woman she HIT LAST WEEK is already sueing her.....WHATTTT, my sis' said. Police inform sis, this woman has NO drivers license, NO insurance, AND NUMEROUS vehicle violations lodged against her. Needless to say, this is a BIG mess for sis.

WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE STILL BEING ALLOWED IN CARS...whhhyyyy!!!!

You know, she was sentenced to 5 yrs for killing the 13 yr old girl but let out after 3.5 yrs.

I seriously hope that the people on that parole board have heard what she did just a few months later.

Had she served her sentence that was handed down to her, that man would be alive and with his family right now.

The story and especially her mug shot are absolutely appalling. They should call it her 'smug shot'.

It's amazing to me that after killing a 13 yo (I mean think about that for a few minutes...think about your actions killing a child and all that would go with that), spending time and jail, various tickets and arrests...she still not only continued to drink but also continued to drive...I mean, she couldn't even exercise enough self control to not get behind the wheel? How could anyone be so utterly selfish?
