I've been able to trade for most of my wants (Big Mountain teleporters, baseball benches, hats) so I'm happy about that. The one thing that I still haven't been able to get my hands on (because pricing gets too high on bidding) is a full kali couch.

This might be a story you've all "heard" before but for those of you that "know" me, you know it's not a lie. About two and a half months ago, my bff, RachelNinja was stuck at home because she wasn't invited to a wedding that her parents were invited to. Solidly bummed out of course, I guess she decided to check out this little thing called Virtual Magic Kingdom. To make a long story short, we now have about 3 rooms each, filled with stuff, all the pins that we want (though I think she still wants a churro pin, I'm working on that ) our Dreams furniture won from a quest, and just about every hat imaginable.

I recently was able to to get her a 3 star snowman magic that she's wanted for so long. I watched with sheer joy as she kept pulling out the snowman each time it reloaded and it made me happy just knowing that the snowman was helping her de-stress, even if it were just a little.

But now her bday's coming up. And I've got nothing to surprise her with. I know, I don't have to surprise her with anything, but she's just been so stressed lately with her work and we haven't had much time to be on VMK, except for a game or two of ghosts (which she has gotten so good at, but I digress ..) I miss hanging out with her on VMK, being silly and whatnot. I know the one thing that she really wants is a Minnie Hat. I know it's near impossible to get one because I've read tons of things about it and I can't imagine how many hundreds of thousands of credits I would have to spend just to get the items JUST to make an OFFER even. My dream is for her to get that Minnie Hat and to be able to enjoy it. That's what I really want. For her to be happy.

No way, no way, no way! Thanks SO much AmberDaze!!! I just got home from work and after another day, I'm so exhausted! I turned the computer on to work on tomorrow's lesson plans and decided to take a break and just catch up on the disboards. Once the site loaded, I got the message saying I had a PM from you, Daze. I was like, "Huh? How come she's messaging me?" I've seen you write on the boards a lot (so to me you're like ... a celebrity, lol) and we've actually played a bunch of fireworks games in the past (as I watched your score just increase exponentially!) but I couldn't figure out why I had a message from you. I saw the code and was like ... AHHH! Could it be?!? I signed onto VMK just now to input the code and have little RachelNinja sit in it (but then I had to sign off to work, lol).

Daze, you don't know how happy you made me. Your generosity definitely just warms my heart. I'm currently a middle school teacher (I teach 6-8th grade in ELA and math) and I've been swamped since the start of school! I actually have had the job for only 2 weeks today! I didn't even realize it! There was a sudden opening at the school and I was interviewed the next day and received the job the same day. I was/am under so much pressure to do well and night after night, I just kept crying (I even had to go into the school bathrooms to stop from crying because of the stress) because I was so overwhelmed with all my responsibilities. I was suddenly given the books and the curriculum and had barely any time to go over anything before stepping into the classroom.

I haven't had much of a chance to sign onto VMK (sometimes I don't sign on at all) because I know real life comes first. It's recommended that teachers should plan lessons on a week to week basis but because it's the start for me, I'm struggling with doing it day to day (but I'm thankfully slowly getting the hang of it and starting to REALLY connect with the kids). Getting a kali couch really just energized me because even though I don't spend as much time on VMK as I used to and as I would like, I still feel the VMK and Disney spirit because of you, Daze!

I really could go on and on but I don't believe my words could do justice to how I feel inside. I've been watching people on the board write about their wins and although I'm thrilled for so many of my new DIS friends, I felt a little bummed because if it weren't for my job, I would've been in particular rooms at the time that they won! But AmberDaze, you made my dream come true

Also, another big thanks to Trishqtpi for the offer as well! The caring generosity of DIS members really makes me so ... so ...

Also, I want to thank CTeddiesGirl for granting a dream of mine out of the blue. I'm really amazed by the kindness that I've been witnessing all across the boards. I wish I had the capacity to give back to people on the DIS as well because this is exactly how I've always imagined VMK to be; full of fun-loving kind people who spread joy not for personal gain but because they like seeing people happy. It is indeed more blessed to give than to receive. Thank you again you two!!

What a wonderful ideal to have a board like this .
That is so wonderful of everyone to go out of their way and give something that someone wants!!
I looked through everyones unrecieved wants and unfourntaly I don't have any of them but if I get any of them this will be the first place I stop by.
I know it's a long shot but I minus well put myself a wish list up..right? What have I got to loose.

1) Sorcerer hat: I want this so bad but I can't find anyone with them that would take a shopping spree.

2) Black Mickey ears: another one of those that I want sooo bad but can't find.

3) Movie reel table: I want this sooo bad that it's sad lol..I have tried going for the rewards but all the movies that are choices that are interesting I already own a copy before there where codes lol..I have looked everywhere looking for someone who is trading it and nothing..and the only time I thought I came close I found that the whole tiime we where pming eachother ythr person thought they were buying it from me..If someone gave this to me I would be so happy that..I don't know what I will do..that's how happy I would be hehe.

4) Last but not least: Any christmas items..I have addiction to them!! Hehe

Ok there was my long shot of a list I know they are outrageous things but hey I got nothing to loose lol...but if someone would be so dear to give me any of thoose items I would be sooo unbelievable grateful!!

I had totally forgot about this thread in till I saw it on the recent list.
I thought I should come by and see if there is any wishes I can grand and update my own hehe.
Old list:

1) Sorcerer hat: I was gifted this item by the sweetest person the board. He heard me talking about wanting one with my friend in the game after he did a trade with my friend and asked my friend if I was happy would she be happy and she said ofcourse and he asked to trade and so very sweetly gifted me a sorcerer hat!! I was so extremly happy and I am still on cloud nine!! I wear it all the time. He is one of my very best friends on vmk. He is on my vip friends list on vmk lol. I would have no problem say his name since he is so kind as long it is ok with him.

2)Black ears: My very lovely mom gifted these to me in return for gifting her a pair of gold. Thanks mum!!

3) Movie reel table(my like most wanted item hehe) I just got on a few days ago in a trade...yay!! Not sure why but I love this item!!

4) Christmas items I am never done collecting them lol but currently I am not working on my christmas room since I am working on my Halloween room hehe.

Here is my current wish list.

2)Dream furnish and posters(I know a big dream but I just love them!!)

3) A churro pin.( I love the food pin set!! I just got almost the whole set in a trade the other day except for the churro..I am so extremly happy to have the rest of them hehe but the churro is my favorite on and I would love to get my hands on one lol)

4) 2x everest room codes(I know this might sound silly but my water ride was going to be built in them and I would like 2 more but the silly game doesn't work any more..poo!!)

5) Well if I wanted to go big I would love Haunted mansion pins but I could never take one for free from someone.
