Hello to all!! I just registered for the TOT 10 miler, and its my very first race ever!! Ive never been a runner, a year ago I couldnt even run for 30 seconds straight, yet I could do an hour long cycling class. I've been training and at this time i have a 5k down with about 13 min pace, which for me I'm very proud of!
However, 10 miles is obviously going to take a lot of endurance, and I'd love to hear what everyone carries in their waist packs, as far as hydration, energy gels, etc. Any tips or suggestions would be so wonderful. Cant wait to see everyone in October at TOT! And i'm doing the PHM too!
