What do you order at Wendy's?

I get their BLT chicken salads, a small fry, and a coke.

Mmmm....Wendy's. I either get:
3 orders of chicken nuggets which I share with my 2 boys, and we share a large fry and diet coke & sometimes I get a side salad too

OR

Mandarin Chicken salad

OR

Grilled chicken sand combo with diet coke

I get the breaded chicken sandwich but I always ask for it made the "old" way.... with the burger bun and mayo and tomato and lettuce, not with the new "improved" toppings

I hate the new way too.After I gave birth to #2, DH ran out and got me a Wendy's chicken sandwich (the old way) & fries. I swear to God it was the best thing I ever ate.

I either get the chicken sandwich combo (no tomato, diet coke and fries)
Or...Small chili, baked potato, diet coke
Or...taco salad, diet coke.....

I like wendy's. In the summertime, I order more salads, in the winter, more chili and baked potato

I also once in a while add a small frosty as a treat. My kids get the kids combo, one with a hamburger and fries, one with a chicken nuggets and the orange slices, and they share the fries and oranges

My daughter and I get the fruit bowl and split it. She has asked for that 3 days in a row...she has to have her tonsils removed and right now her throat is killing her so all she eats is fruit, ice cream, yogurt and jello.

The salads are pretty good. The burgers at the Wendy's here don't have any flavor to them The fries are like little sticks of cardboard. I'm glad to see Wendy's quality is better in other parts of the country.

I don't eat burgers or fries...well, maybe once a year, but that's it.

I get the breaded chicken sandwich meal, I don't know what number it is I really like Wendy's food but McDonald's is cheaper so I usually eat there if I am in the mood for fast food. But I do like Wendy's better. They have good chicken tenders too

Sweet tea is tea with sugar. Other parts of the country call it sweetened iced tea but if you are a true southerner, you call it sweet tea.

When I visit my sister is AZ, I go into sweet tea withdrawals. When I get home from the airport I have to go through a drive thru to get some. SO sad.

DH has been getting the same lately.

Before they started letting you substitue salads for fries.... we used to order baked potatoes & chili off the 99 cent menu.

I always ask for the chicken sandwich in the old style and have never been refused yet. I have asked in Canada and also in the US.

Ali, the old style chicken sandwiches were on a hamburger style bun with mayo, lettuce and tomato. The new ones are on a different style of bun with some sort of sauce and Romaine lettuce and maybe tomato.

I much prefer the old way.
