I recently posed the question about Kona and got great reviews. This year we also scheduled Prime Time for the first time. Keep in mind we are usually a steak bunch but I was wondering if anyone could tell me your favorite things to eat at Prime Time. This is a new one for us, so I am a little nervous.:scared1:

This is what I typically order & it's my absolute favorite. HUGE portion btw!! :

Grilled Chicken - Breast of chicken topped with smoked ham, Swiss cheese, and sauteed mushrooms served on root vegetable hash. - $15.49

DF got pot roast last time. He liked it.

Many people on here rave about the fried chicken & pot roast.

It is pertinent that you order the smores for dessert!! :woohoo:

I had pot roast (yummy) DH has meatloaf (good but he has had better) 2 older kids shared Fried Chicken (they loved it) with Corn instead of whatever veggie it says and little guy had whatever the kids menu has? probably Chicken strips

the kids LOOVE the fried cheese appetizer here too

Pot roast and the mealoaf are both delicious-- my husband got the steak and loved the steak:) make sure to get a milkshake too and make sure to eat all your veggies:rolleyes1

POT ROAST!!!! DH and I both get it and clean our plates!!

I always get the pot roast. DD and I share the herbed fried cheese and she also gets the PB&J milkshake

My wife likes the fried chicken, I always get the meatloaf.

And I agree about the s'mores for dessert. A must have!

We have an ADR at Primetime and this will be our first time eating there. DH says that the fried chicken sounds good to him, but I am having a hard time deciding. The pot roast sounds delish, but so does the pot pie. Has anyone ever tasted the pot pie?
:cheer2:

I love that pot pie! In fact that is why I normally go to Prime Time at lunch, they don't have it at dinner. Although if you go for an early dinner, they sometimes have some left. I also like the meatloaf quite a bit and dh really enjoyed his pot roast.

I think my most memorable meal at Prime Time has been the fried chicken, and I must say that I rarely eat meat off of a bone. I also enjoy the lunch menu more than the dinner menu.

And what's up with the root veggies? Ick. They are just not my cup o'tea. No offense to anyone who loves them...In fact, I was amazed that I loved the PB&J shake (ewwww!) that I got there last time! Can't wait to have another!

The onion rings are really good, and I usually get the stuffed green pepper for an entre'

DD gets the chicken noodle soup and s'mores

A few years ago I became deathly ill after having the chicken puke pie at PT, it ruined the last 3 days and nights of my holiday, I was terribly ill. :(

After reading this post, I just want to add that the root vegetables look a little sketchy. I substituted mine for green beans and liked those just fine. Our waitress told us that we can basically substitute for any side dish.
