What do you love most about Disney

So what do you love about disney the most???.
For me , it's watching my DH relax, smiling,and my kids can act as goofy as they want.

I think it's reliving my childhood memories & feeling like a kid again.

I love Disney because it's happiness, joy, and magic. When I go to WDW I feel as if I am coming home because I can relax and almost feel as if I am breathing easier.

I love Disney because it's forever changing w/o really changing (does that make sense). I always know that Disney will be producing new and exciting things for my family to experience w/o changing their way of producing happiness, joy, and magic like I mentioned earlier.

I love Disney because I always feel safe w/ my DD's watching their films, tv shows, and anything else they produce. I don't have to worry about their little minds getting corrupted.

I love Disney because they make me feel like a kid again whenever we go to WDW or sit down to watch a film.

I just love Disney - and I will be forever loving Disney!!!!!

If I had to pick one thing, it would be that I met my husband there!

It's kind of an inexplicable attraction for me. It's almost like comfort food. It just makes you feel safe and happy.

I think it's the only place on earth that my dh actually relaxes. Everyplace else he keeps worrying about something. Not in WDW. We escape the 'real world'. The adults can act like kids and no one notices. I know it's been said to death...but, it really is the happiest place on earth, at least for my family.

Disney makes me happy. Disney makes DH happy. We have some of our best vacations centered around Disney. Really is as simple as that for us.

I must say, that my boyfriend really summed it up the first time we went to WDW and then returned back here. He said, "I want to go back again, because that is the only place I have ever seen you be truly yourself." I don't worry down there about anything. I just "am." And that is a feeling I hope that everybody gets to experience.

I also love the fact that so many people are there sharing so many wonderful emotions. Pay attention sometime at the looks on people's faces as we "gather around the fire" for Illuminations. My mom and I always cry, and it is something that I think most people can udnerstand. So many people, so many differences represented, and yet we are all one and we are all together, it really amazes me.

When I worked at the Disney Store, one of the interview questions is "Who is your favorite Disney character and why?"

My response: Mickey Mouse. No matter where you go, he is recognized. He brings a smile to the faces of young and old alike, and to faces of people all around the globe.

What a great thread, it really is keeping me thinking here! There is so much that I love, but those are the three big ones.

Every time we drive under that arch, we feel the weight of the world slipping from our shoulders and the joy and fun of being a kid takes over.

We KNOW we will have a good time, and our annual trip is the one thing that keeps us sane in this over-scheduled, over-stressed, everyone's-in-a-rush world we live in.

I love that you can act like a little kid and no one thinks that it is odd that an adult is wearing Mickey ears holding a Tinkerbell balloon and there isn't a child around me.
