What do you drive and why did you choose it?

2006 Toyota Prius, Barcelona Red (bright!) exterior with beige leather upholstery. 6-CD sound system, GPS, fun to drive and great gas mileage (which varies from 40 all the way to 50mpg, but is usually around 40). I had ALWAYS wanted a bright screaming-red car and wimped out for safe colors. It's only the second car I've ever "ordered" new, all our other cars were used.

I love that car :teeth:.

agnes!

I'm starting to think you are not an older woman:rotfl:

Because my kids outgrew car seats.

I drive either an 05 Acura TL or a Suzuki GSXR (depending on the weather).

2008 Mercedes R 350

It was really my dh's idea I wanted a minivan, I REALLy had to be talked into it. what was I thinking :lmao:

BMW for me...why? I love it!

DH a Land Rover which I take in snow and to drive on the beach. Why? love it for long trips and so much fun on the beach.

Traded in our Landcruiser for a highlander a few months ago due to gas milelage. I hate the car can't wait to get rid of it or need something where we are not all in sardine cans on top of each other. It seats 7 but you pretty much have to be a midget to get in the back. I guess when the kids all get their own cars and we no longer have to drive us all together I want a VW convertible, a cream one with a cream top. I saw one a few weeks ago and NEED that car.

2008 Ming Blue-Buick Enclave
Why? Lease was up-had to choose something! Thought it was kind of pretty...:confused3

2007 Chevy HHR(Magenta colored). We bought cause we got the chevy discount and I loved it.

1991(I think) Chevy Astro Van- we just bought it cause I am not working and Hubby had a cobalt ss With all the whistles that was costing a fortune(so since we got rid of that i get to be a stay at home mom). Well worth driving a used van for

I drive a ink blue 2008 Ford Edge. We traded the Expedition (gas Guzzler) in for it. I got tired of driving tanks just to go to the store. Our other vehicle is a Ford Crew cab dually (to pull the Fifth wheel).

2002 Toyota Sequoia I needed the room for our three kiddos and four wheel drive for when we head back to Alaksa this summer.

My DH dives a 2006 GMC Sierra Crew Cab 4x4. It's nice but I wanted more room for the kiddos.

'02 Camry. It is my 2nd Camry and I love it. Great mileage and a good car. I bought it used which over the past 25 years I have learned is the thing to do. I have had a lot of cars in the past 25 year. Way too many...If you can keep me away from the car lot, it will be a long time before I have another car (well, at least a few years until DD starts driving).

Dh drives a '95 Toyota Forerunner. He could pick any year he wanted and that was the model he picked (??) We drove to Greenville to pick it up. It has been an good vehicle for him. He also has an '85 Toyota pickup. That thing will probably get buried in my backyard, LOL. Actually, there is a waiting list of men wanting that thing!

2005 Mazda Tribute

1) Smaller than the tank of a mini-van I was driving.

2) The deal was decent.

3) I considered switching back to a car but just couldn't do it. :sad2: When I sat in the car in the showroom, I felt like I was sitting in a hole. I like being up higher while driving! :teeth:

4) Easy to handle, good for parking in tight spots, good in the little bit of snow we've experienced here  and fun to drive.

I drive a little dark red Eclipse. I went wild and bought one after getting one as a rental and really enjoying it. Plus we only have one kid.

It's been a super car. It has well over 100,000 miles and it's never broken down (knock on wood) plus it gets great gas mileage. I will need to replace it soon though with ????

I usually drive our 2006 Chevy Express van because it fits everything (hubby is driving it now because he might be getting a job in West Palm Beach or Clearwater or Kentucky or Connecticut or wherever else lol), but now I am driving our 1991 Toyota Landcruiser.... with a rebuilt engine and 186,400 miles.

It is all paid for and it still purrs. I also sometimes drive our older cargo van to haul stuff, like for Craigslist sales or to haul gardening stuff. I don't have to worry about staining or dirtying it up because it's a work van. It's the van we used when we co-owned a thrift store.

big ole 2006 Lexus GX470 SUV....because I love BLING!

OMG I haven't seen an Eclipse in awhile - what year is it? My very first brand new car was a '91 Eagle Talon - same body as the Eclipse. LOVED that car. Only got rid of it because the baby seat didn't fit in!

A 2005 Renault Mégane Grandtour, a metallic red one.
I didn't choose it, I just received it, it's a company car. December 2009, I will get a new one, and in that case, I'll be able to choose one according to my car budget at work and the restrictions in the car policy. Unless I change jobs in the meanwhile.
