I haven't read through the entire thread but as pp's have said, these varying viewpoints are all fairly familiar.
My own point of view is that along with any rude behaviour, line cutting is a mild irritation that DH and I will have a good-natured moan about and otherwise forget about. I wouldn't try to block anyone, and I can't imagine a scenario where I personally would speak to a CM about someone line cutting.
That being said, I think it's too easy to dismiss other people's views and say that line cutting is no big deal. I've read a lot of posts where people state that it shouldn't be an issue because your wait time won't be that much longer because of the line cutters. I feel this is true of many rides and attractions but for others, a significant number of people cutting in line can have an impact on wait time - as a party of two, two people cutting in line could be the difference between DH and I getting on the tram at the Backlot Tour and having to wait for the next one (I know, I know, hardly a head-liner but each to their own
) Shows with limited capacity also come to mind.
Also, while I repeat that it's not something that I'd necessarily spontaneously combust over, it is selfish for anyone to think that they shouldn't have to wait in line like anyone else (with the usual exceptions of bathroom emergencies etc)
