Its going to happen one day, maybe not in the near future, but one day I would like to go to Disney for Christmas, yes FOR Christmas, meaning I am walking down Main Street on Christmas Day.

So...What do you do on Christmas Day while at the World?
Christmas Eve?
Traditions and ideas would be a nice discussion. I love Christmas and I love Mickey...put the 2 together and I am in HEAVEN!

We usually go before Christmas and leave by about the 22nd or so but one year we stayed for Christmas Day. We also had friends there that year too. For Christmas Eve we all went to the Candlelight Processional and ate at the Rose And Crown and stayed for Illuminations. On Christmas Day we went to one of the parks but I forget which one. Then we had a little gift exchange with the other family and went out to eat in Celebration. After that MK was open until 2 or 3 am and we went there until they closed. That was GREAT!! About an hour later we hopped into the car and drove home. DH had returned to the cabin early to sleep and the rest of us slept for most of the ride home.

Last year we attended the CP on Christmas Eve. For Christmas Day we were up early and at MK. It was a madhouse, but still really nice to be there. We had a tree in our room with our stockings, but waited to exchange gifts until we returned home (my kids are teens so that was ok with them). Christmas afternoon we went swimming at the Polynesian. It was wonderful to be swimming when at home we'd be freezing our butts off. We also made the rounds at Epcot with the storytellers in each country. Earlier in the trip we also went to the different resorts to check out the decorations. There is really an endless list of things to do that you can make your own tradition. Christmas night we had a very relaxed meal at CG. Don't forget to hit Osborne Lights.

everything sounds lovely. Ugh. really would love to go, maybe in 2 more years haha.
Swimming on Christmas sounds neat, something I cant do here in NJ either.
